Can i Pay by Cash on Delivery?

 Yes, You can place an order by Cash on Delivery. While placing the orders in the payment option choose "Cash on Delivery

Is it safe to pay online in NadhiShop?

 Yes, it's 100% safe and secured. We do not save any of your bank information while you make payment through NadhiShop.

Are there any extra charges for using Cash on Delivery?

 No, We don't charge extra while placing Cash on Delivery. But you will not have the option to use your wallet money while paying Cash on Delivery.

Order Management
Where can i find the orders i placed?

Click on <Profile> option and tap <My Orders> option
Select the order number from the list of the orders
You can also select your order based on order status

How can i track the status of shipment?

Kindly choose the <Profile> option and click on <My Order>.
Please click on the order you want to track and you can track the order on a real time basis.

How long does it take for shipment?

On the product page, under “Delivery & Return Details” you can check the estimated delivery duration for that product.
Most of the orders are delivered within 5-7 days of order placement. It's recommended that you mention to your customer that it gets delivered within 10 days. In case your order gets delayed, contact our customer at support@nadhishop.com

My order got cancelled automatically - what should i do?

We will try our best to avoid such situations. But in case your got cancelled and if it is a prepaid order, you will get the refund within 7-10 working days. You can reorder for the product and we will get it delivered. In case of any difficulties, kindly contact our customer support champions at support@nadhishop.com

Do you charge extra for delivery?

No, we do not charge additional shipping fees. The price mentioned in all-inclusive.

Which all cities do you offer delivery?

We deliver to more than 2000+ cities across India.

Do you ship outside India?

No, currently we do not deliver outside India.

What happens if not accept the order on the time of delivery?

In the case of Cash on Delivery, we will take back the product. In the case of Online Payment, we will take back the product and refund your payment to your bank account within 7-10 working days.

Return Policy
What is NadhiSHOP’s return policy?

An order can be within 7 days from the date of delivery. You can return an order placed by clicking on <Profile> <My Orders> <View Order Details> <Return this product>.
Once you place the return request, our logistic partner will pick up the product and once the product is picked up, the refund will be processed.
Note: If the product falls under the “Non-Returnable” category, then you won’t get “Return this product” option.

How do I return an order?

You can return an order placed by Choosing <Profile> ->  Click “My Orders” -> Click “View Order Details” -> Click “Return this product”.
Give the reason of return -> upload the product images -> Submit.
If you bought the product from NadhiSHOP then ask them to check the delivery confirmation Email & SMS which they received, and there will be an option for “Return this product”. 
You can also manually return the product from My Orders section by following the above steps.
Once you place the return request, our delivery partner will pick up the product, and once the supplier receives the product, the refund process will be initiated.
Note: If the product falls into “Non-Returnable” category, then there won't be an option to “Return this product

Will I get a refund on returning the order?

Yes. Once you place the return request, our logistic partner will pick up the product and once the product is picked up, the refund will be processed. For cash on delivery orders normally we take 2 working days and for prepaid orders we take 7-10 working days to make the amount reflect in your bank account.

Can I request for exchange/replacement?

No, we don't have the option to request for exchange/replacement. However, you can return the product and place new orders.

What is NadhiSHOP’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel the orders anytime before the supplier accepts the order. Once the supplier has accepted the orders, you cannot cancel it; however, you can return at the time of delivery.
You can cancel the order placed by, Clicking <Profile> -> “My Orders” -> “View Order Details” -> “Cancel Order”. Your order will be canceled.

How do I cancel my orders?

You can cancel the order placed by, Clicking <Profile> -> “My Orders” -> “View Order Details” -> “Cancel Order”. Your order will be canceled.

Will I get charged extra for canceling the orders?

No. We don't charge any extra fee for canceling orders. However, if you cancel too many orders, you will get blacklisted from the platform.

How can I use NadhiSHOP Wallet ?

You can use your NadhiSHOP Wallet balance for buying products on NadhiSHOP or for joining any specific contest which requires you to spend wallet money to join.

Can I use NadhiSHOP Wallet for placing COD orders ?

No, NadhiSHOP Wallet can only be used for placing prepaid orders.

Can I transfer my NadhiSHOP Wallet balance to my bank account?

No. NadhiSHOP Wallet balance cannot be transferred to your bank account.

How can I earn NadhiSHOP Wallet money ?

You can earn NadhiSHOP Wallet money through various features and contests. Keep looking for contest announcements.

Can I use the entire balance in a single order ?

No, there is a limit on using NadhiSHOP Wallet balance on your orders. You can use 5% of your cart value from your balance.

What is the validity of NadhiSHOP Wallet money ?

NadhiSHOP wallet money earned will expire within days if not used. In some cases, expiry date will be clearly mentioned when wallet money is credited and expiry can differ between 7 days to 90 days. You can see the expiry date against each wallet credit entry in the Wallet Details screen.
